Tracy R. Galimore

A recent graduate from the University of Houston Law Center, Tracy Galimore's practice focuses on construction litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Tracy represents general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and owners in a variety of construction related disputes.

Representative Experience:

• Successfully represented general contractor in trial to the bench for supplier's breach of contract in connection with a state university renovation project. 
• Assisted in obtaining a favorable settlement for electrical contractor in breach of contract litigation arising out of work conducted on a major Southeast Texas petrochemical manufacturing plant.
• Successfully represented subcontractor in arbitration with general contractor for claims of non-payment.
• Obtained a favorable settlement for general contractor in breach of contract litigation in connection with residential townhome project in Fort Bend County, Texas .
