Patrick is the firm's President and Co-Managing Shareholder. His practice is devoted to commercial real estate and corporate/commercial transactions. His real estate practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of all product types of commercial real estate. His corporate/commercial practice centers on the formation and restructuring of commercial entities, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as the acquisition, financing and disposition of business enterprises, the preparation of various contracts and agreements, and the representation of clients in their ongoing business activities.

Represented a refrigerated container service company in connection with the sale of its business for $34 Million to a Fortune 50 company.

Continuing representation of a prominent condominium developer in connection with condominium projects in Houston, Galveston, Dallas, South Padre Island and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Represented local real estate developers in connection with the mixed use re-development of three city blocks in downtown Waco, Texas.
