CONSTRUCTION DEFAULTS

Defaults and terminations on major construction projects are last resort actions that should be preceded by concerted efforts to mitigate the circumstances that have brought the parties to the brink of dire action.  We assist our clients in taking proactive steps to avoid defaults and/or terminations.

Should a situation arise where there is a threatened and/or actual default declared on a major construction project, we advise clients on the steps they must take to protect their rights and significantly reduce potential liabilities in default situations.

We also have many years of experience working with surety companies in situations where default and/or terminations are about to occur or have occurred.
