MEDIATION AND ARBITRATION

We have extensive frontline experience in alternative dispute resolution and strongly believe in its benefits. In fact, two of our senior attorneys are members of the distinguished American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Construction Arbitrators and actively serve as arbitrators for construction cases.  Both are also experienced, active construction mediators. Our clients benefit from the unique insight we bring to their construction arbitration or mediation because we have attorneys with experience in overseeing such proceedings.

We have found that incorporating early mediation of a construction case into a litigation or arbitration plan often leads to the early end of a potentially contentious and costly trial or arbitration. We encourage clients to seek early resolution of construction and design-related disputes through alternative dispute resolution. Our attorneys have resolved numerous construction claims for clients outside the courtroom.
