Construction Law

TRIAL

Our firm’s trial experience in construction and engineering cases is extensive.  We have tried several complex, multi-million-dollar construction cases to verdict. Because our lawyers bring highly developed trial skills and in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, clients turn to us when the stakes are high.

Our lawyers and legal assistants work as a team to provide the most effective, efficient representation for our clients.  Construction and engineering disputes are often fact and document intensive. We make cost-effective use of experienced legal assistants who have extensive experience in reviewing, analyzing and organizing the thousands (and, sometimes, millions) of pages of documents produced and/or subpoenaed in a construction trial or arbitration.  In addition, we couple that experienced professional with the latest document management technology.

Our team approach means our construction clients have the benefit of senior lawyers and legal assistants for whom construction and engineering issues, facts, disputes, claims and documents are the norm.

While we always examine options with clients for resolving a dispute before it reaches the courtroom, if the matter cannot be settled, we will vigorously and aggressively use our experience, knowledge and skills to achieve the best outcome possible for our clients.
